One employee coordinates each project and maycoordinate more than one project at a time. Some employees neverlead or coordinate projects. Many of the employees have multiplejob skills. Each job skill can fit many employees. All work done bythe employees for any project is charged to that project, using anhourly charge based on the job skill applied by the employee tothat project. Each charge must be documented by date, employee id,job skill, hourly rate for that job skill, the number of hours, andthe total charge for that work.
