Task 3: Setting Local User Account Properties Member Of Tab
==========SHOW SCREEN SHOTS OF THE RESULTS========================

Environment Tab
The Environment tab shown controls how the working environmentis configured when the user logs into the server using WindowsServer Terminal Services or Windows Server Remote Desktop Services, such as by using the Remote Desktop Connection client.
You can configure a particular program to run every time a userlogs in by selecting the “Start the following program at logon”option. You should enter the command to run that program and alsoenter a folder that will be the startup folder for that program. The Remote Desktop Connection client allows a user to choose to maptheir local drives and local printers and choose to configure printjobs while using the server to always go to the client computer’sdefault printer. Administrators can forcefully control theseoptions using this tab.
Sessions Tab
You can see the Sessions tab. It also controls how RemoteDesktop Services will work for this user. A user’s session on aserver will remain in a disconnected state on a server if they donot choose to log out. This means that they continue to useresources and that their programs continue to execute. Moreimportant, this means that one of the two freely availableconcurrent sessions that are used by administrators on servers willbe consumed. Administrators can quickly consume both of thosesessions, which will prevent other administrators from logging innormally by using the Remote Desktop Connection client. Note thatadministrators can terminate those sessions by using Remote DesktopServices Manager either locally or from a remote computer.
Remote Control Tab
The Remote Control tab allows administrators to control how anadministrator can interact with a user’s Remote Desktop Servicessession. The concept is that an administrator can join the user’ssession to assist them with some task. The default is that remotecontrol is enabled. Maybe some user should never have remotecontrol. You can disable remote control of that user’s sessions bydeselecting the “Enable remote control” check box.
Remote Desktop Services Profile Tab
The Remote Desktop Services Profile tab allows you to specify acustom profile for when this user logs into the server using RemoteDesktop Services. This can allow administrators to provide adedicated Remote Desktop Services profile or even a restrictedprofile for this user’s session called a mandatory profile. Thepath for your custom profile will logically be placed in theProfile Path field.
You can also offer this user a special home folder for storingpersonal information if they connect to the server by usingTerminal Services. At the bottom of the tab, you can see a checkbox to prevent the user from even being able to log into thisserver using Terminal Services. You might consider doing this withaccounts such as those used for services. This means that even ifthe account’s password should become compromised, you can stillprevent it from being used by an attacker via Remote Desktop.
