   W = 35.74 + 0.6215*T – 35.75*pow(V, 0.16) + 0.4275*T*pow(V,0.16);

   where V is the wind speed in miles per hour and T is thetemperature in degrees Fahrenheit.

   Write a program that prompts the user to input the wind speed, inmiles per hour, and the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit. Theprogram then outputs the windchill factor.
